User and Vet Code lists added to Appointments

Go to: Main menu > Appointment List.

User and Vet arrows have been added to the Notes for book window. When selected VisionVPM will display a list of User and Vet codes, enabling you to select the correct code.

Previously, you had to know and enter the correct code.
