Loyalty Scheme

Go to: Main menu > Clients module > Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > Record > Drugs tab.

When you invoice a stock item attached to a loyalty scheme and the quantity takes the client above the loyalty scheme threshold, a prompt for free product is displayed. Previously, when you created the invoice, the free product would be displayed on the invoice with a default quantity of zero. This meant that a quantity of the free product was not registering on the loyalty scheme as having been taken. The next time the client came in and purchased a loyalty product, the prompt for a free product would be displayed again.

Please note, this only occurred when Hide the clinical drugs tab was not selected in Maintenance > System defaults > Client tab.

This issue has been corrected and now the default quantity of the free product is 1, the free product is recorded in the loyalty scheme and VisionVPM resets the loyalty scheme.
