Release 344.17 includes an update for New Zealand clients currently using Lab Wizard. The update will automatically detect if you are using Lab Wizard and replace the existing application. You will be required to enter a password the first time you try to download lab results. Please call the Provet IT Service Desk for this password.
A window, similar to the one below, will be displayed where you will be required to enter details of the email address that receives your lab results.
After completing the setup, contact NZVP so they are aware that you have updated Lab Wizard. NZVP will then be able to move your lab result notifications to their new automatic process.
The Lab Setup Window is available from the Labs arrow on the Lab and Diagnostic Results window
