Incorrect stock on hand on Stock Reorder window

Go to: Stock menu > Stock Ordering > Stock Reorder.

In the previous version, VisionVPM displayed the stock on hand amount of all departments on the Stock Reorder window in the following circumstances:

1. you were departmentalised,
2. you selected a Department on the Stock Reorder Options window, and
3. you manually entered a stock item to be ordered.

This was incorrect and now, in this version VisionVPM correctly displays the stock on hand amount for the selected department.
