Go to: Client menu > Animal Details > select animal > History tab > select history item > Lab Results.
When the Lab Results window for the first animal was left open while a Lab Results window for a second animal was selected, VisionVPM brought the Lab Results window to the front of the display, but did not update to the results for the second animal.
This has been resolved and when a second Lab Results window is opened before the first one is closed, the display will be updated to the Lab Results for the second animal.
