Incorrect invoice displayed in Appointment List
Go to : Main menu > Appointment List.
Previously, VisionVPM attached the incorrect invoice to an appointment when you took the following steps:
- Edited an appointment with an attached invoice.
- Clicked the client link and then chose another animal attached to that client.
- Created, saved and closed an invoice for the second animal.
- Back in the appointment book, double-clicked the same appointment.
This has now been corrected and when an invoice is saved, VisionVPM will only update the appointment in the following circumstances:
- There is an animal on the appointment and the same animal is entered on the invoice.
OR
- There is no animal on the appointment.
