Ordering Provet Stock Automatically

This section describes how to reorder stock automatically and send the order to Provet.

1. Before you can order stock automatically you must have first set up stock items to be reordered automatically.
2. Go to: Stock menu > Stock Ordering > Stock Reorder.
3. Enter the reorder details as detailed in Ordering stock automatically, and click OK.

   

4. From the Reorder List window, click Save.
5. From the Ordering Options window, select the Send Provet products through e-Order check box.
   • Optional: To print an order for the products that are not included in the e-Order, select the Print an order form for the remaining products check box.

   

6. Click OK.
   • VisionVPM will send the e-Order to Provet.
7. From the Set report destination window, select a report destination and click OK.
   • Note: This window will only be displayed if you have selected to print an order for non e-Order products.
   • The reorder will print to the selected destination.
   • The stock items will be displayed in the Goods on Order window.
