KiwiSaver changes

Go to: Main menu > Payroll module > Payroll menu > Employee Records > select company > select employee > KiwiSaver.

The following changes have been made to the KiwiSaver Details window:

• The check box for under 18 year olds has been changed to include over 65 year olds to allow employers to elect to pay a 0% contribution for these age groups.
• The Employer contribution is part of the employee's contribution of % option has been removed, as this is no longer relevant.
• The Employer contribution is in addition to the employee's contribution of % option has been removed, as this is no longer relevant.

The Salary Sacrifice amount is now included in the Employer amount so the Total amount is the sum of the Employee amount plus the Employer amount. Previously, the Total amount was calculated as the Employee amount plus the Employer amount plus the Salary Sacrifice amount.
