Go to: Main menu > Payroll module > Payroll menu > Pay Run > enter company > enter date > select employee > Edit > enter holiday allowance.
The Allowance Multiplier option has been removed from the Holiday Pay Calculation window as it irrelevant for Holiday Pay.
