Client Information Report

This report could be used to confirm or update Client details. When a client comes into the clinic this report is printed for them to check that their details are current. All of the client's animals registered with the clinic will be listed. This is very important for ensuring the information in your database is correct, while saving the client from having to fill in an empty form.
