Ability to add item to locked invoice

Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > Record > Invoice > enter invoice details > Print.

Previously, you were able to enter a stock item on a clinical record that was associated with an invoice that had already been printed/locked.

VisionVPM will no longer allow this to happen.
