Go to: Main menu > Maintenance module > Maintenance menu > Database Maintenance > Reorganise Data.

This routine is used to ensure that changes to the table structure in VisionVPM are sent through to the database. This function happens automatically with new updates where the database version number changes.
Please ensure that you have a current backup file before performing this function.
