Client Loyalty Scheme

VisionVPM has a client loyalty scheme function which enables you to flag a stock item as part of a loyalty scheme and track the quantity of that stock item that each client has purchased.

You can also attach loyalty schemes to analysis groups where there are multiple stock items, for example, Hills food.

A clinic decision should be made as to which stock items will be set up with individual loyalty schemes and which stock items will be included in an analysis group loyalty scheme. Ideally you should not have a stock item set up with a loyalty scheme in both areas.

Please note the following loyalty scheme rules:

  1. If a stock record has a loyalty scheme set up on the stock item itself VisionVPM will NOT look at any loyalty groups associated with analysis groups.
  2. If a stock record has more than one analysis group that has a loyalty threshold then the first qualifying group found will be used

When the client reaches the specified threshold, the user will be prompted to add free items to the invoice.

You can either offer a loyalty scheme to all clients, or those with a specific marker. If you use a marker-based loyalty scheme, only clients with that specific marker will be eligible to receive free stock.
