Unable to scroll through clinical records

Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > History tab.

VisionVPM disabled use of the vertical scroll bar to view the notes of a clinical record in the following circumstances.

  1. You had set a number of days to lock a clinical record in Maintenance menu > System defaults > System tab.
  2. The clinical record you were attempting to view was after the clinical record locked period.

This issue has been resolved in this version.
