Go to: Maintenance menu > System Defaults > Financial tab.
You can now choose on which windows you do not want VisionVPM to reduce a client's RVM allocation.
You can choose to not reduce a client's RVM allocation on the following windows
In the above example the Batch Invoice window has been selected, therefore the Do not reduce RVM allocations check box is selected, as per the example below:
