Go to: Maintenance menu > System Defaults > Client tab > Other Settings.
Previously, VisionVPM allowed you to enter User codes in the clinical records without any restrictions, so if users were doing this, when Sales by Vets reports were run, the report included Users which was incorrect when you only wanted to see Vet sales.
Therefore, a change has been made in VisionVPM to select whether you want User codes to be allowed in clinical records as well as invoices.
If you do not want User codes to be used on invoices, you will need to ensure that the Allow User codes in the Vet code field on invoice/clinical record check box is NOT selected.
