Go to: Maintenance menu > Database Maintenance > Appointment Maintenance > Convert to .net Appointment Book > enter password.
When you are converting to the .net appointment book, you now have the option of converting existing Users and Vets to Resources. Previously, VisionVPM only converted the existing appointment books.
To create Resources for existing vets, select Add a resource for each vet.
To create a Resource for all users, select Add a resource for all users (includes vets).
