Go to: Stock module > Reports menu > Cost of Sales Analysis.
You now have the ability to select multiple analysis groups when running the Cost of Sales report.
You can also filter by the primary group, by selecting the One Analysis Group per Stock Item check box and to subtotal by analysis group.
