Go to: Payroll menu > Pay Run > enter pay run date.
From 1 April 2013, the tax credit for children has been removed, therefore an employee who previously had a tax code of None, will need to change to a tax code of M.
When you run the pay run for 1 April 2013 or later, VisionVPM will display the following prompt if it finds employees which a tax code of None:
Click Yes to automatically change affected employees tax code to M.
If you click No, VisionVPM will display the following message and the pay run will not continue.
