Lab Results not emailed

In the previous version, when you had selected to email the Current Clinical Record and the record had attached lab results, VisionVPM did not email the lab results.

This issue has been correct in this version, but note that each report produces its own email so in this instance the clinical record will be sent as one email and the lab results as a second email.

A workaround to sending two emails is to print a Full Clinical Report, select Lab Results and specify the date range.
