Mark an appointment book to not allow txts to be sent - non .net appointment book

Go to: Maintenance menu > Appointments > Appointment Books > select appointment book > Edit.

You can now mark an appointment book to default to not send txt messages. This is useful when, for example, you have multiple copies of an appointment in the book, but only want to send one txt message.

When this update is applied all existing appointment books will default to sending txt messages.

To change to not sending txt messages for the selected appointment book, select the No Txt Message option.

When you make an appointment in the appointment book, VisionVPM will default the txt option to No TXT messages to be sent.

When you copy and paste an appointment VisionVPM will maintain the appointment txt setting unless you are copying to an appointment book that has the txt setting set to No TXT Message. In this case the appointment will be changed to have no txt message sent.
