Controlled Drug Sales report

Go to: Main menu > Stock module > Reports menu > Controlled Drug Sales.

A Controlled Drug Sales report has been added to VisionVPM, allowing you to view sales information of selected stock items. This report may also be useful, for example, for displaying loyalty products or anywhere clinics need quantities and date details of stock items.

Before you can run this report for controlled drugs, you should:

1. Set up a Controlled Drugs Stock analysis group.
2. Attach the analysis group to the required stock items.

When the above has been completed, you can then run the report:

Enter required details, for example, date range and analysis group.

This report can also be sent to Excel if required.

The report displays:

• Client name
• First address line
• Animal name
• Invoice date
• Invoice number
• Clinical link
• Vet code
• Quantity sold
• Amount (excl GST).
