Go to: Quick Access menu > Navigation options.
You can now decide which Navigator alerts you want to be displayed on the VPM Navigator. These can be applied to only the workstation in use, or to all computers.
You can also restrict the Reminders and Appointments to be viewed by an optional client marker.
For example, when you have entered a client marker for reminders and appointments, VisionVPM will then display the count linked to those reminders/appointments that have the specified marker.
This will be very useful for practices working in a multi-clinic environment, with separate branches, as you can restrict the VPM Navigator to only displaying the clients from your clinic.
To attach this marker automatically to all new clients, you should setup a default client marker for each clinic in: Maintenance > Lookup Lists > Clinics.
Then, whenever you enter a new client, VisionVPM will attach the default client marker as specified.
