Go to: Clients menu > Client Details > select client > Invoice.
You can now add messages to an invoice, which will be displayed whenever the invoice is viewed. This will be useful, when for example, the vets wish to communicate to Reception staff about the client and/or animal they have just seen.
A Popup Message/Alert box has been added to the Client Invoice window, screenshot below:
When you open the invoice, the invoice popup will be displayed:
You have the option to clear the message and close the invoice popup or leave the message and just close the invoice popup. If you choose to not clear the message, the invoice popup will be displayed each time you open the invoice until you clear the message.
