Go to: Main menu > Maintenance module > Maintenance menu > Database Maintenance > General Maintenance > Mixed Case Names.
This procedure will change the details for names so that all words in the name start with a capital letter and the remaining letters are in lower case. For example, if previously your client firstname, lastname, address were displayed in lower case letters, after running this procedure, all details will be displayed with the first letter of each word being a capital letter.
VisionVPM will autocorrect any new entries so that all names start with a capital letter and continue in lower case.
