Go to: Main menu > Maintenance module > Maintenance menu > Database Maintenance > General Maintenance > Copy Appointments to New System.
This option is used to copy appointments from the tab-style appointment book to the column-style appointment book. This procedure should be performed ONLY ONCE, otherwise duplicate appointments will be created.
