Go to: Main menu > Maintenance module > Maintenance menu > Database Maintenance > Stock Maintenance > Unique Stock Codes.
This procedure is a check for any stock items with identical stock codes. The routine will identify the duplicate codes and add an extra number to the end of each of these codes so they become unique.
