The following adhoc files for printing clinical records have been included in this release. These adhoc are configurable, which means you now have the ability to add letterheads, logos to the clinical reports.
When printing clinical reports, VisionVPM will look to see if these adhocs are available, and if so, will use these files. Otherwise, VisionVPM will continue to use the internal reports as it did in previous versions.
Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > Reports tab > Full Clinical Reports > Full Clinical History.
Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > Reports tab > Full Clinical Reports > History with Photos.
Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > Reports tab > Full Clinical Reports > Dental Exam.
Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > Reports tab > Full Clinical Reports > Dermatological Exam.
Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > Reports tab > Full Clinical Reports > Neurological Exam.
Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > Reports tab > Full Clinical Reports > Physical Exam.
Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > Reports tab > Full Clinical Reports > Optical Exam.
Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > History > select history > Reports tab > Current Clinical Record.
Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > History > select history > Lab > select lab result > Print.
Please note: if you make changes to these adhocs and then run this update again, the update will overwrite the adhocs.
Therefore, if need to run this update again, please copy your adhocs folder to another location and replace the folder in the original location after the update has been run.
