Go to: Clients menu > Animal Details > select animal > New Documents.
This update will install a Prosure Application Form. This form is a merge document and can be used when your customers wish to apply for PROSURE Pet Insurance for their animals.
The update will move the file to the location displayed in Maintenance > System Defaults > System tab > Path to documents on server.
Please note, this document is only applicable, and therefore will only be installed, for Australian clients.
To use this form you must initially set up the document for merging. Please contact the Provet IT Service Desk for assistance.
