Prosure Claim Form (AU)

Go to: Help > Clinic Documents.

This update will install a Prosure Claim Form. This form is a pdf document and can be used when your customers wish to process a claim for PROSURE Pet Insurance for their animals.

Please note, this document is only applicable, and therefore will only be installed, for Australian clients.

This document will be installed in the location displayed in the Path to Clinic Docs field in Maintenance > Computer Defaults. If this path is blank, the document will be available on the VisionVPM website.

This claim form is not a merge document as there is a requirement for all claims to be submitted in writing.
