Go to: Maintenance > Lookup Lists > Stock Related Lists > Stock Fees
To create a new Stock Fee
From the Stock Fee List window, click Insert.
In the Fee Name field, enter a name for the stock fee.
Click the Sales Group arrow and select a sales group to where the sales for this stock fee will be allocated.
If you want to track stock fee sales separately from product sales you must add the general ledger code you created above to the Account Defaults window in the Maintenance module. Please refer to the screenshot below:
The first Fee Item that is entered will automatically be marked as the default fee when invoicing.
To change the default fee, select the required fee and click Set Default.
To delete a Fee Item from the list, select the required fee and click Delete Fee Item.
In the Fee Name field, enter a name for the stock fee.
