Active Clients in Last 12 Months

Go to: Clients Menu > Marketing Schedule >

Clients Tab: Spent Between 1.00 and 15000.00 for last 12 months

For your own benchmarking: You may also wish to identify an active client as someone who visited in the past 18 months, to allow for clients who have not yet responded to reminders or who visit the practice less often.


An alternate method is to use the Client Management Report from the Clients menu.

  1. Select Reports
  2. Management Report

  1. Select the date range, enter the number of full time equivalent vets.

    (This is required to run the report but won't have an effect on the result)

Tick the field for Number of active clients per vet & Select OK
