Go to: Main menu > Maintenance module > Maintenance menu > Database Maintenance > Client Maintenance > Set Client Discounts.
This procedure will set the Discount Multiplier in the Settings tab of the Client Details window, to 1, for those clients where the Discount Multiplier was 0.
