Go to: Main menu > Maintenance module > Maintenance menu > Database Maintenance > Client Maintenance > Split out Postcodes.
This routine helps you move postcodes from other address fields to the post code field.
Note: After you have run this procedure you will need to add the post code field to and merge documents or adhoc files you use.
