Go to: Main menu > Maintenance module > Maintenance menu > Database Maintenance > Client Maintenance > Update Animal Codes.
This procedure will change any animal codes that do not already fit the format: First 4 letters of the animal's name and first 6 letters of the client's last name (or Company name). All codes will be unique.
