This procedure will go through all the Provet stock codes within VisionVPM and match them against the Provet catalogue currently within Provet e-Order. If the catalogue in Provet e-Order is more than 30 days old it will prompt you as to whether you want to download the latest catalogue from Provet or not.
Go to: Stock menu > eSend Options > Provet > Validate Codes
Click Yes to the following prompt.
VisionVPM will then check all Provet codes against those listed in VisionVPM and will display a list of stock codes without a matching Provet code.
To match a product on this list, click Locate and the Provet e-Order Product Catalogue will be displayed (see below). Search for a match using key words. Type the key word into the field provided and click Search. The list arrow beside the search button allows you to select Starts With or Contains for your search.
Double-click the item to select and it will be entered into the appropriate Provet Code and Provet description fields in the Missing Items window.
