About e-Order Integration

Provet e-Order is an inventory control system with an electronic ordering facility. It provides functionality to create and place orders electronically with Provet. VisionVPM can be integrated with the Provet e-Order system so that each Provet e-Order stock item can be matched with the corresponding code in VisionVPM.

Orders to be generated directly from your practice management system. Completed invoices can then be downloaded and receipted into VisionVPM, ensuring your stock levels are up to date and accurately priced.

The Process

Integrating e-Order and VisionVPM requires each stock item ordered from Provet to be matched with a unique stock order code.

To help your Provet Account Manager with this process, you will be required to invest some time ensuring the following:

• Ensure there are no duplicate stock items.
• Remove any stock items that are no longer used.
• Check pack sizes are correct.

As the matching of codes to products is often a manual task, this will expedite the process and reduce the chance of things going wrong.

Your Provet Business Account Manager will help manage the entire process from start to finish.
