Go to: Stock menu > eSend Options > Provet > Update Prices.
This routine is used in conjunction with the Product Update routine and gives the you the ability to view the cost price differences between VisionVPM and Provet e-Order. It also allows you to update selected products within VisionVPM so that they match Provet e-Order's cost price.
Please note: When updating VisionVPM, the system will keep the clinics existing mark-up and adjust the sales prices accordingly.
Click Yes to the following prompt, only if you have run the Product Update procedure.
A Price Update Date Selection window will be displayed.
Enter a date range to limit the stock that is displayed to only those stock items that have been purchased within the selected date range or leave blank to display all products.
Click OK.
The Provet Price Update window will be displayed, similar to below.
Please note only stock items with a different Provet Cost price from the your Pack Cost will be displayed.
By default the Update associated formulations and estimates check box will be selected. If you do not want to update formulations and estimates containing these stock items, clear the check box.
From this window, you can perform the following functions:
To remove items that you do not wish to update prices for, select the required items and click Clear.
Click Update to update all products within the list so that they match Provet e-Order's cost price.
Click Stock to view the Stock Details window for the selected stock item.
Click Print to print the list. This is useful, when you wish to keep a copy of the price changes.
