Go to: Clients menu > Client Details > select client.
You now have the ability to specifically mark clients for txt communication.
When you add a mobile phone number to a client, VisionVPM will display the following prompt, asking you if you want to mark the selected client for future txt communication.
When you click Yes, VisionVPM will select the new Can send TXTs check box in the Settings tab of the Client Details window.
You will then be able to target clients who have been marked to receive TXT or not, when running the Reminder Schedule.
On updating, VisionVPM will select the Can send TXTs check box for all clients who currently have a Mobile Phone number entered in VisionVPM. If you specifically know clients who do not want to receive reminders by TXT you can unselect the check box on the Settings tab.
You will also be able to find all clients that have been marked to receive reminders by TXT in the Marketing Schedule. A Uses TXT check box has been added to the Client tab.
The setting has also been added to the Bulk Updates window on both the Reminder Schedule and Marketing Schedule, where you can either apply or remove the setting.
