Go to: Clients menu > Client Details > select client > right-click animal > Make Appointment.
A No TXT messages to be sent check box has been added to the Notes for book... window when making appointments.
This will be useful when you have made multiple animals appointments for the same client and they only require one SMS message regarding their appointments.
The check box will automatically be selected when the client has a mobile number and the Can send TXTs check box on the Settings tab of the Client Details window is empty.
The check box will remain empty when the client has a mobile number and the Can send TXTs check box is selected, allowing you to select the check box. For example, the client has multiple appointments and you only want to send one SMS message.
VisionVPM will not display the check box if the client does not have a mobile number.
