Working with Reminders

Reminders on stock items can be used to notify clients that they are due for another procedure, or purchase, for example, when worming prevention is due. They can also be used to set up reminders to the clinic staff to contact a client for follow-up. It is critical that you build as much automation into your reminder system as possible, and then use your fees to drive the process.
